Introducing Orthogon's Family of Products
Orthogon Systems' OS-Gemini and OS-Spectra point-to-point, broadband wireless solutions work where other products often don't.
In fact, only OS-Gemini and OS-Spectra 5.8 GHz wireless Ethernet bridges can deliver 99.999% availability in even the most challenging environments.
Plus, they’re cost-effective, faster to deploy and easier to manage. They offer more capacity and higher signal quality over greater range – even over water. And they provide greater spectral efficiency, which allows high performance in areas with congested radio communications.

OS-Gemini Family - See table below for pricing
OS-Gemini solutions achieve high-quality, reliable Non Line-of-Sight (NLoS) and long-range Line of Sight conectivity where other wireless solutions cannot.
In fact, the OS-Gemini broadband wireless, point-to-point 5.8 GHz Ethernet bridges offer the first true non-line-of-sight wireless radios that deliver carrier-grade service (99.999% availability).
The OS-Gemini family of products includes:
- OS-Gemini Integrated – 44 Mbps solutions with built-in antennas
- OS-Gemini Connectorized – 44 Mbps solutions with the high-gain advantage of external antennas
- OS-Gemini Lite Integrated and Connectorized – 22 Mbps solutions for budget-constrained organizations that need robust solutions to overcome interference and navigate obstructions

OS-Spectra Family - See table below for pricing
OS-Spectra brings together the speed and reliability of licensed wireless with the flexibility of the unlicensed space.
The OS-Spectra broadband wireless, point-to-point 5.8 GHz Ethernet bridges provide more range and capacity in near- and Non-Line-of-Sight (NLoS) environments, delivering carrier-grade service (99.999% availability). Orthogon Systems is the only manufacturer of broadband wireless systems to combine Multi-Beam Space-Time Coding and Intelligent Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing with advanced signal-processing algorithms, allowing OS-Spectra to create four simultaneous signals between pairs of transceivers at each end of the link – without losing spectrum efficiency. This technique increases signal integrity by an unprecedented 300 times.
With aggregate throughput up to 300 Mbps on a 30 MHz channel, OS-Spectra delivers 300% greater spectral efficiency than our nearest competitor. OS-Spectra is particularly well-suited for applications and networks that require high throughput and T1/E1 capability because OS-Spectra builds in extra features that promote greater speed and mitigate RF interference. Its T1/E1 ports mean that you can bundle circuit-switched connectivity with IP voice, video and data communications.

New! OS-Mux Family - Please ask for pricing
OS-Mux Converters allow users to combine Ethernet and Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) services over Orthogon's OS-Gemini wireless Ethernet bridges.

Orthogon Systems is extending the applicability of wireless Ethernet bridges with the introduction of
OS-MUX. The OS-MUX allows users to transport legacy TDM traffic over the OS-Gemini wireless Ethernet bridge. With the flexibility of two or four E1/T1 ports plus two Ethernet ports for LAN extension or connection to a user’s PoP, the
OS-MUX provides a cost-effective solution for extension of multi-service networks.
